1. Retreat Reservations

Securing your stay at our eco-luxury glamping retreat implies an agreement to honor the natural surroundings and the privacy of fellow guests. All reservations are subject to availability and formal confirmation.

• Advance booking is strictly required to preserve the intimate nature of the sanctuary.
• Check-in is permitted during designated afternoon hours to minimize evening disturbances.
• A valid identification document matching the reservation name is required upon arrival.

2. Sanctuary Harmony & Sustainability

We are dedicated to environmental stewardship and quiet luxury. Guests must adhere to our sustainability practices and ensure their presence leaves no trace on the pristine landscape.

• Noise levels must be kept to an absolute minimum after sunset to respect local wildlife and guest serenity.
• The use of single-use plastics is prohibited on the grounds.
• Foraging, disturbing wildlife, or altering the natural terrain is strictly forbidden.

3. Privacy Policy & Media

To guarantee absolute discretion for all attendees, unauthorized commercial photography and the use of drones are not permitted on the premises. Personal photography should be mindful of others' privacy. Detailed data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Governing Identity

These terms represent the agreement between you and Rimba Sanctuary. For formal written notices, please refer to our physical address. To ensure uninterrupted tranquility, walk-in inquiries are not accommodated.
